MOM!...There is a HUGE HUGE spider on the wall!
So, its no secret that my kids LOVE bugs. They love going in our backyard to try and find bugs..(which is difficult to find them alive, or at all because of mr. bug man) Everytime Ryleigh finds something, she comes running in and says, "MOM..DAD..you gotta come see this HUGE bug. Majority of the time its tiny and alot of times dead! Well, on Saturday, she comes running in and screams to us again to come see this HUGE HUGE spider. We brushed it off and said, "Cool Ry, we will come see it in a min." But she kept screaming about how big it was so we eventually got up and went to see this "HUGE" spider. To our shock,(and my horror) there was a HUGE HUGE spider on our wall! It was a trianchula! Jake of course wants to catch it so hes yelling for me to hurry and get a jar cause it was hauling up the wall into the neighbors yard. Long story short, we caught it. The kids got to hold it in the cage for a bit and then we gave it to our neighbor who has a big tank to put it in. It was crazy town. It was cool to see but hopefully I never see one again...well at least not in my backyard!

Fun in Utah!
Last weekend for my birthday, Jake surprised me and loaded me and the kids up and headed north to Utah. We left on Thursday and stopped in South Jordan to leave the kids with Jakes sister Angie. This is a HUGE deal for us! We have never been away together overnight from both kids in the entire 5 years that we have had kids! I was really nervous to leave them but I knew they were in great hands with his wonderful sister and brother in law! After we dropped them off we headed to Park City where we stayed 2 nights just the 2 of us!! It was an amazing time and I love my husband so much for planning this get away for my birthday! We shopped, ate ALOT, went to the Olympic grounds where they were practicing the Luge and bobsledding (so cool to see up close), and enjoyed just being together! Saturday morning we went to pick up the kids and headed down to Thanksgiving Point to the Harvest Festival with some friends of ours! We had a BLAST! It was so gorgeous outside, only like 70 degress, and the kids were having the time of their lives! To top it off, we ate an amazing meal at Ruby River with the Walls and then crashed at their place! Thanks to the Walls for a great day and night! We love you guys! Thanks to Angie and David for taking such great care of our kids! and Thanks Jake for an unforgetable birthday! I love you!
Here are a TON of pics from Park City, The Kids at Angies, and Thanksgiving Point!
Here we are playing around at the Olympic Historic site.

Half Time Show!
Our neighbor next door is a senior at Foothill Highschool and on the varsity dance team. She came over a few weeks ago and invited Ryleigh to attend a dance camp which would teach them a routine to preform at the Foothill Varsity Football Game half time show! Ry loves to dance so of course we said yes and she was quite excited! Not only to dance but she LOVES our neighbors! So, 2 weeks ago she went to the dance camp at Foothill and then they showed us a "preview" of what they would be doing at the half time show! Ry couldnt wait to dance at the football game, so when last Friday finally came she was more than ready! It seemed like it took forever for halftime to come, but it finally did and she did a great job! She shook her little tushy and had a blast! There is another one in December for the Basketball team that she is going to do and she is already asking how many sleeps until then!!
This is Ry and our neighbors little sister who also danced!

Batman and Batgirl!
Yes, its true! I guess its officially Halloween at our house! Last week we went to look at Halloween costumes! Jax is obsessed with Batman so that was a slam dunk. Thats all he wanted to be and he is so excited that he gets to wear his costume even more! Ryleigh said she wanted to be Hello Kitty at first, and then after going to the costume store and not seeing Hello Kitty, she looked up and saw the Batgirl costume! She screamed and said,"Mom, its Batman for girls!" She tried it on and LOVES it! I have to admit..she looks pretty cute in it! They put them on EVERYDAY and play Batman and Batgirl together. Looks like we will be seeing alot of their costumes over the next month!

Scentsy!!
So Im sure many of you have heard of scentsy! They are the most amazing smelling wickless and leadless candles! My sister in Utah started selling them and called me and asked if I wanted to buy one. I LOVE candles but only the kinds that actually make your house smell good! I have bought so many candles that hardly give off any scent at all. Well, she swore by them, so I ordered one with 3 different fragrances. I have to tell you I love them! My whole house smelled great within minutes! Long story short, my husband and I both loved them so much that we thought it would be fun to have myself start selling them. So, I signed up and now I am a Scentsy Consultant! If anyone is interested in buying anything or refilling now that the holidays are coming around, just let me know and Id be glad to help! If youve never heard about them, go to my website and check them out www.scentsy.com/aanderson and view the catalog! I also have over 80 of the fragrances at my home if you want to smell any before ordering! I am going to be having an openhouse soon at my home and will post the details shortly!
